Mariano Agustín POSSE earned his bachelor 's degree in law at University of Buenos Aires (UBA), School of Law and Social Sciences, in 1980.

He gained a solid academic and professional background working at public and private sector companies including, among many others:

• Former member of the Poder Judicial de la Nación en el fuero Especial Civil y Comercial and at Procuración General de la Nación.

• Counsel for the National Undersecretary of Justice (1986/1987).

• Consel for the Subsecretaría de Asuntos Legislativos del Ministerio de Justicia de la Nación (1997)

• Inspector of the Office of Corporations of the City of Buenos Aires (Inspector General de Justicia de la Nación during two periods (1987-1989 and 1997-2000).

• Director of the Securities Office (Comisión Nacional de Valores (CNV)) (10/1989 - 09/1991).

• Court officer for the Argentine Tax Authjority (Dirección General Impositiva (AFIP). 1991/2024.

• Director and trustee for a pension fund insurer (Profesión + Auge AFJP SA) for several periods. Attorney and Substitute Trustee during its liquidation.

• Former director of Bainter Gerente de Fondos Comunes de Inversión SA. Legal advisor for investment projects in partnership between provinces and private investors.

• Counsel for several Real Estate Trusts.

• Representative member of the Board before the Disciplinary Council of the Argentine Tax Authority (Dirección General ante la Junta de Disciplina de la Dirección General Impositiva) (04/1994 to 09/1996).

• Former member of the Commercial Law Institute of the Universidad Notarial Argentina.

• Former professor of postgraduate studies at Instituto de Derecho Comercial de la Universidad Notarial Argentina.
