Horacio VIANELLO is a partner of BC | F | PZ Abogados in charge of the Brazilian Desk. He graduated as a lawyer from the Mackenzie Presbyterian University in São Paulo - Brazil in 2009. In 2017 he graduated as a lawyer from the University of London, receiving his diploma with Honors (LL.B. Honors).

During the years 2012 and 2013, the partner obtained his specialization degree in Companies Legal Counseling at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA),

Throughout his professional career, he has worked in different commercial and investment operations, representing clients in Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Bolivia, Brazil and Uruguay, providing legal advice to leading multinational and regional companies. In addition to advising on the day-to-day business and commercial law, he has participated in complex transactions, mergers and acquisitions, technology start-ups counseling, agricultural and real estate companies, among others.

He has extensive experience in matters of Corporate Governance, Corporate and Commercial Contracts in General, advising both local and foreign companies from different sectors of the economy throughout his career.

Before integrating BC | F | PZ Abogados was a lawyer in the team dedicated to Italy at Accenture Argentina, managing partner of the Vianello Law firm, partner in the Andrei Advogados Associados Law Firm, intern at the Mattos Filho Law Firm, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr. & Quiroga Advogados and meritorious in the Development team of the Argentine Government during the G20.

He is a member of the Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil - Secção de São Paulo (OAB/SP); and of the International Bar Association (IBA), serving as a member of the Closely Held and Growing Business Enterprises Committee of the IBA.
